Newspapers claim that they are a private company so they can print what they want. Newspapers wonder why readership is down and advertisement has dwindled. People do not want to read, every article from the editors view. We the people want to know the unbiased news. We do not get that any more. In a free economy the editors have this right to control what we read. The opinion of the people un-edited gave the average citizen the ability to correct the wrongs in government. Yesterday alone I bet over one hundred people asked me while attending a funeral why I stopped writing letters to the editor. I write every day. The news believes my letters are libelous, so they are censored. The newspapers know that every fact stated in my letters has been stated in court papers and in writing. The newspapers had unlimited control of what the people were told. The unbiased, ethical reporting dwindled to the editors view. With the internet and blogs people can now learn what the newspapers once stop the public from hearing.
I have stated in writing and court documents that Judge Peter Fauver violated with intent to harm a Madbury family the law to protect the criminal acts of the Madbury selectmen. The Supreme Court is so biased that they refused to hear a case that documented criminal acts by Judge Peter Fauver. Fauver knows that I write these detailed letters because I send him a copy of each. The NH government and Veterans Administration have become so corrupt that they use my medical care for injuries received during combat support missions to cover up Fauver’s crimes. The news has become so biased that they protect these criminal acts by only printing what makes Fauver and the other government criminals look good. The NH state police and the Sheriff’s dept now use police force to intimidate my family at work and home.
I bet if this was happening to the newspaper editor’s family it would be reported in every newspaper. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine and I will not go away. I believe that the U.S. military personal that served and the ones that gave their lives over the history of the U.S. have earned the right to hear my words over the wishes of the private biased company’s rights to limit what the public can learn.
If what I write is libelous Fauver has legal recourse against me. I stand for the rights of every individual to speak up and be heard over the biased wishes of the editors.

Our Political leaders are so powerful that they no longer care. Virginia Tech is just one of our many. Waco, Oklahoma Federal, Twin Towers, and the list just goes on. I since 1999 have been volunteer helping a Madbury NH family. The Madbury NH selectmen use their elected powers to harm citizens that they do not like. NH judges use the power of the courts to protect these selectmen. The NH Supreme court protects the judges case file 2003-0477. Yes, I drop out of school at 17 to join the Marine Corps. I took a case pro/se volunteer all the way to the Supreme Court. These judges and politicians use the power of government to intentionally harm citizens and no one cares. Do you think maybe this is a Va tech symptom. We have a constitution to stop such criminal behavior by judges and government officials. It gets worse.
I am a 100% disabled United States Marine from the Vietnam era. I have three serious injures two received during Combat support missions. I volunteer to help people that were so desperate they called someone they only knew from letters to the editor for help. NH to stop my volunteer helping this Madbury NH family put me in jail under the Patriot Act. Had my Veterans Medical stopped, took thousands of dollars from me, blocks my contact with government agencies, sends the NH State police to harass my family at my home and wife’s work, and much more. I have a Traumatic brain injury, broken back and loss of hearing in both ears but I continue to help this family because it is our obligation. President Bush ignores my pleads for help. The Federal government can not be bothered by a nobody that dropped out of high school. Congress woman Carol Shea-Porter had the Dover NH police arrest me to stop my letter to the editor about her. She lied on a police complaint. I was detained for many hours before it was determined the complaint was a ploy to stop my letter. Carol when I was released used her influence on the Arm-Services committee to have a NH VA hospital Dr Biswas sign a commitment order. At great expense I was handcuffed and shackled at my home, taken to the Dover hospital where after 5 hours it was determined Biswas order had no merit. Next Carol has a DC special agent flown on a private jet to NH to arrest me. The Lee and Dover NH police refuse to allow me to file a complaint because as they said Carol is a NH congresswoman. I have nothing left. My wife is seeking a divorce. My life is sitting around the house each day because people are afraid to be near me. The news and newspapers see no harm in destroying my character in the public eye. The news tells bogus lies and the people believe them. The news censors my side of the news. Communication does not exist in NH . Governor lynch charged me money to speak with him. I paid and he refused. This is a criminal violation. Citizens have to pay to speak to a government official. I once dreamed of coming back to a country that I only knew from what other Marines talked about. From my TBI I have no memory of life prior to the MC. Now every day I sit around and dream of how to end my life. I owe those military heroes that never returned the respect and honor to continue to see what they gave their lives for is not diminished. U.S. Marine asks help
All means of redress fails
There is not much that a person that is so infatuated with his country can do except give his life. We ask our children whom become U.S. military Veterans to do this every day. I read or hear every day about U.S. military injured or die. This is only a small part of the life changes growing in these hero’s. Personality’s change, perspectives changes, all from the fact you become complacent with the knowledge you are living the last second of your life every day. You kill other human beings with out feelings. You live the cruel life that these people who’s nation you evaded live daily. You dream of live back here in the United States knowing that you will never see it again. If you do come home it will be seen through eyes that you do not recognize. Imagine a U.S. Marine with amnesia living in combat with only other’s memory to dream what life back here is like. Imagine surviving two more combat related separate serious injuries and coming back to a place that you only heard others talk about. Imagine the transition from killing, destruction and the structured military life to being a civilian in one day. Imagine being dropped into a society where you did not belong. I live that every day. To this day I have to asses every situation to attempt to camouflage my ignorance. After 30 years from my first day back here in round eyed country why did my dream have to come true.
I for over 30 years have had a great life. A great wife and three wonderful daughters. In 1999 the Bushong family of Madbury NH asked me for help. I did not know this family but I volunteer to help people every single day since my return in 1974. The Madbury selectmen were using government power to inflict intentional pain and suffering on this family for person revenge. I deliver every letter I send to the Madbury NH government so these facts are true. These facts are verifiable in Strafford county superior court case 99-E-0102 NH Supreme Court case 2003-0477 and federal court. NH judge Peter Fauver violated or allowed others to, the NH constitution 29 or more times. The NH Supreme court refused to hear the case to protect a brother judge. The NH government covered the crime up. NH to stop my volunteer helping this family has taken my freedom, money, wife, and much more to protect these criminal judges and government officials. Did I live these 30 years or is it a dream.
In 2007 NH Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter had me arrested (detained) by the Dover NH police to stop my letter to the editor about her. That same day when the police determined the complaint was a lie used her position on the Arm-Services committee to have VA Dr. Biswas sign a commitment order to put me in a nut house for 90 days. After 5 hours at the Wentworth Douglas emergency room civilian Dr’s determined the order had no merit. Next she had a DC special agent fly to NH on a private jet to arrest me. After 3 hrs this agent stood to leave shook my hand and said “It is nice to meet a good civilian as you, it was worth the trip”. The facts are documented in Dover police file 7002-942. I am censored from the newspapers, blogs and TV news. This story is so unbelievable that even though it is verifiable the VFW, American Legion and Elk’s clubs have joined to censor my life.
I came back from the Vietnam Conflict after a 31 month overseas tour. I attempted to adjust to a live that I did not belong in. I was rated disabled service connected after a two year struggle to survive. I feel guilty for coming back because so many good people lost their lives for this nation. I volunteer as a way to say thank you to each veteran since the start of the United States that has fought for you and your Constitution. I wish I could tell these hero’s how lucky they are not to have returned to see what the U.S. has become. NH people are allowed to be harmed for government officials pleasure. A 100% disabled veterans life is destroyed because he volunteers to help other citizens. The Madbury NH selectmen criminally violate the Constitution with Judge Fauver’s help and our leaders protect these criminal acts. The newspapers refuse to print a 100% disabled veterans letters to the editor. Veterans are giving their lives on foreign soil to stop this very act. Veterans are infatuated with a dream of coming back to a life where the people have unalienable rights to live a better life. Everyone from the Dover police detective Dolleman, NH governor, courts, Newspapers, NH congresswoman, town of Lee, and citizens on NH clearly knows what I have said is true. No one cares because they are afraid of what the system has done to this Madbury family can happen to them if they speak freely. Our Constitution has described this very situation in NH Const. Part First Article 10. All means of redress have failed. The NH government and courts have become out of control and the news and newspapers have given a blind eye. I have given my life many times for this country. I hope this letter shames you the people of the United States as the State of New Hampshire has done to every Veteran that has every risked their lives for you. Thank You
